Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative in the United States (Houston area). You will provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals, navigate payer environments, and deliver branded messages to achieve territory goals.

The role emphasizes building relationships, enabling product access, and contributing to a patient-centered sales approach. The position offers flexible work arrangements where possible, with compensation aligned to U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree with 4 years of sales experience, or High school diploma/GED with 6 years of sales experience.
• Senior Specialist qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales and/or clinical healthcare experience, or an Associate with 6 years of sales/clinical experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen products to healthcare professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead and communicate branded sales messages, coordinate education programs, and meet or exceed territory sales targets.
• Develop customer relationships, support access and reimbursement needs, and manage contracts where applicable.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and sustain passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle.
