Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products, and navigate the payer environment in a dynamic Bay Area territory.

The role involves promoting products, implementing marketing strategies under the District Manager, and building strong customer relationships to drive appropriate product utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsabilités

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages, conduct programs, and promote products to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, facilitate product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialist.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen's products and uphold our values throughout the sales cycle.
