Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of total work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality support to clients with moderately complex transactions and processes on a daily basis.
• Responds to phone calls, emails and inquiries regarding company products, services and procedures.
• Investigates errors in client accounts and statements.
• Assists junior colleagues in resolving outstanding issues.
• No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced staff.
• Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
