Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Client Processing IC3 to provide analytics and reporting for automated Client Processing systems in New York. The role involves addressing complex external client issues, advising other teams, and ensuring timely service delivery.

You will participate in product development, enhancements, and testing to ensure high-value transaction processing remains accurate and efficient. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of experience are preferred, with brokerage processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
• Manages moderate to complex external client issues and advises other units to ensure timely delivery of service.
• Participates in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure efficient processing of high-value transactions.
• Solves complex problems by integrating in-depth domain knowledge with industry standards to provide solutions to clients.
