Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist in Client Processing - Conventional Debt in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will provide complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate systems. You will manage client issues and work with organizational units to ensure timely problem resolution.

Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Conventional Debt

Location: Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
• Manage moderate to complex external client issues and directly advise other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.
• Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare transmission files and coordinate with cross‑functional groups.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving, critical thinking, time management and communication.
• Ability to self‑manage, prioritize, and execute workload.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Willingness to learn our processes and to grow with the department.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
