Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Special Events Logistics Manager to provide administrative support to the Sales Department and manage execution, servicing and detailing of assigned events booked by the Special Events Department.

The Logistics Manager collaborates with the Special Events and Operations teams, coordinates production needs, oversees deposits and payments, and ensures a seamless transition from Sales to Operations during events while supporting IS and staff training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in a customer service capacity.
• Working knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, databases).
• Basic mathematical skills for handling deposits and payments.
• Entry-level knowledge of restaurant and music hall operations, reservations processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute, service and detail assigned events booked by Special Events.
• Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team.
• Distribute internal and external correspondence and maintain files.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown, equipment and rental needs for events.
• Coordinate with Production on production aspects and act as liaison with LN team.
• Handle deposits and payments; track accounts receivable and post-event paperwork.
• Monitor staff hours and ensure budget compliance.
• Train staff on service etiquette; prepare weekly banquet summaries.
