Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations within the Speaker Programs Office.
• Manage speaker nomination, contracting, compliance, and payment workflows.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and real-time status visibility.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and field teams.
