Natera is seeking a Sr. Speaker Programs Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Speaker Programs Office in a remote setting.

You will manage nomination, contracting, compliance, honorarium, and expense processing for speaker engagements, coordinating with field representatives and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of speaker bureau or HCP engagement experience, strong FMV knowledge, and excellent project management and communication skills to support a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years in speaker bureau or related operations.
• Knowledge of FMV and industry codes (PhRMA/AdvaMed).
• Experience managing high-volume administrative workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage speaker programs operations with compliance and rigor at all stages.
• Maintain audit-ready files and records per SOPs and regulations.
• Provide real-time status to internal stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Liaise between AMMs and Compliance, tracking escalations to resolution.
