Urgo Medical North America is seeking a Professional Education and Marketing Operations Specialist to coordinate and execute 200+ speaker programs annually. You will partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, Sales Operations, and Training to ensure compliant, well-delivered programs.

The role requires high organization, proactive coordination across stakeholders, and effective management of timelines and resources in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee speaker roster and match speakers to opportunities by expertise and availability.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Legal/Compliance to maintain speaker database accuracy.
