Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Speaker Programs Manager to drive operations for the Speaker Programs Office.

You will support nomination, contracting, compliance, honorarium, and expense processing, serving as a key liaison for field representatives and speaker faculty. The role requires 3–5 years in speaker bureau execution or related areas, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in speaker bureau execution, HCP engagement, or customer success.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HCP contracting, FMV, PhRMA/AdvaMed).
• Experience with high-volume administrative workflows and strict detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee speaker program operations for assigned units with compliance and rigor.
• Maintain audit-ready files per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Identify gaps in workflows and raise issues promptly to leadership.
• Serve as operational resource for AMMs and speakers with real-time status updates.
• Coordinate contracting, onboarding, and recertification with Legal and Compliance.
• Manage honorarium and expense reimbursement lifecycle and payments.
• Provide reporting and dashboards on program activity and payments.
