10x Genomics Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join the Spatial Team. You will perform protein assays on tissue sections, screen antibody clones, and support in situ library prep while collaborating with computational biologists on image data analysis.

The role requires hands-on tissue processing and immunostaining experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

BS or MS in a relevant biological field such as cell biology or immunology.
5+ years (BS) or 3+ years (MS) of hands-on industry experience.
Experience with tissue processing, histology, IHC, immunostaining, multiplex protein assays and/or in situ hybridization.
Experience with antibodies and familiarity with mAb QC, conjugation and/or functional testing.

Mansioni

Perform protein assays on tissue sections.
Antibody clone screening via high-throughput fluorescence imaging and data pre-processing.
In situ library preparation workflows.
Troubleshoot assays and optimize protocols.
Deliver processed image data for analysis with computational biologists.
