Job summary

10x Genomics is seeking an exceptional multidisciplinary scientist for the Spatial Biology team to map proteins and other biomolecules directly in intact tissues, focusing on tissue imaging assays. You will design and optimize protocols, troubleshoot, and collaborate across disciplines.

The role requires a PhD in Cell Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or related field and 2+ years in spatial imaging, IHC, and tissue processing, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• PhD in Cell Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in spatial techniques and imaging.
• Experience with tissue processing, IHC and cryosectioning.
• Experience with antibodies, conjugation and QC.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute tissue handling and staining protocols for high-plex imaging.
• Perform experiments and analyze data; report findings to internal teams.
