Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior program leader to own the enterprise Critical Sparing Program, ensuring spare parts availability, transportation, and delivery, with 24x7 readiness for outages and critical events. You will mentor managers and analysts, drive improvements in restoration speed and service levels, and partner with Inventory Planning, Service Assurance, and Engineering to align sparing with strategic objectives.

This role offers remote work across the U.S.

Qualifications

Progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, field services, or comparable mission‑critical environments.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into timely decisions and actions.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, escalations, and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Own urgent execution across full spares lifecycle including fulfillment, transport, proof of delivery, and depot replenishment.
Establish governance, priorities, and improvement plans to support restoration speed, customer experience, and financial goals.
Maintain 24x7 readiness for outages, installations, and business continuity events as part of Emergency Response Team.
