Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Sparing Program Lead to own end-to-end operational performance across equipment availability, fulfillment, logistics, and asset lifecycle. You will drive urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement in a high-stakes environment.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to coordinate with Inventory Planning, Service Assurance and Technology Planning teams to optimize sparing requirements and capital strategy.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, field services, service assurance, asset lifecycle management, telecommunications, or similar mission-critical environment.
• Ability to lead teams, manage complex programs, urgent escalations, and cross-functional execution under high pressure.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into timely senior-level decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Own urgent, disciplined execution across the full spares lifecycle including fulfillment, transportation, proof of delivery, depot replenishment, reverse logistics, repair, reclamation, asset recovery, billing and closure.
• Establish governance, controls, priorities, and improvement plans to support restoration speed, customer experience, SLAs, and financial goals.
• Maintain 24x7 readiness for outages, installations, weather events, disasters, and business continuity as a core Emergency Response Team member.
