Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer in Palm Bay, FL. This on‑site role supports the development, integration, verification, and test automation of space payloads and subsystems.

You will lead test strategies, deploy EGSE, generate documentation, and drive issue resolution across the lifecycle while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced, mission‑critical environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree plus 6+ years of related experience; or 4+ years with graduate degree; or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
2+ years of System Integration and Test (SI&T).
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance; SAP access as required.

Responsibilities

Provide system-level integration and test engineering during verification activities for space hardware and systems.
Support integration and test activities for spacecraft buses, payloads, and full space vehicles.
Develop and deploy Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) for integration, checkout, and test execution.
Analyze test data, document issues, and drive root-cause corrections with cross-functional teams.
Interface with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure test readiness and execution.
