Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Graduate degree plus 2 years preferred; or 10 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and test activities for sub-component hardware and system-level builds.
• Develop mechanical integration work instructions for Engineering Technicians.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and test plans for production and verification.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend tooling.
• Support assembly operations, drive process improvements, and coordinate with engineering.
• Participate in environmental testing and spacecraft-level integration activities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for technician teams and mentor staff.
• Document nonconformances with root-cause corrective actions.
• Plan and manage major integration or test events with readiness reviews.
• Travel up to 10–20% to supported sites.
