Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and test activities for sub- and system-level builds.
• Develop detailed mechanical integration work instructions for technicians.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and test plans for production and verification needs.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, and recommend tooling.
• Support assembly operations with design updates and process improvements.
• Use Lean Six Sigma to drive process optimization.
• Coordinate readiness reviews and staffing for major integration events.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technician and engineering staff.
