Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant aerospace experience.
• Graduate Degree with 4+ years of related experience, or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test operations across multiple programs and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Lead ETL scheduling, resource management, and standardize test procedures.
• Serve as main point of contact for test operations with PM, engineering, and leadership.
• Plan, schedule, and manage major test events including Readiness Reviews and cross‑functional integration.
• Manage SIL operations, test assets, and lab readiness across facilities and programs.
• Develop and maintain space vehicle test procedures and AI&T planning documentation.
