Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Integration & Test Software Engineer to support integration, verification, and test automation of space payloads and spacecraft systems in Palm Bay, FL. This hands‑on, on‑site role offers leadership across the product lifecycle, from requirements through test execution, with opportunities to guide test strategies and EGSE deployment.

Ideal candidates bring SI&T experience in aerospace/defense, cross‑functional collaboration skills, and a TS/SCI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience or graduate degree with 2+ years.
• 2+ years of System Integration and Test (SI&T) experience.
• 2+ years of experience with NI tools such as LabVIEW and/or TestStand.
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance; SAP access as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide system‑level integration and test engineering support during verification activities.
• Assist with automation of functional, qualification, and production environmental testing.
• Develop and maintain test documentation including requirements, designs, plans and procedures.
• Support EGSE development, deployment, and test execution across programs.
• Interface with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure readiness.
