Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a hands-on Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer to support the development, assembly, integration, verification, and test automation of space payloads and subsystems in Palm Bay, FL.

You will lead system-level integration and test activities, develop EGSE, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure successful deliveries for our Surveillance Systems division. This on-site role requires TS/SCI eligibility and readiness for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level integration and test support during verification activities.
• Support integration and test for spacecraft buses and payloads.
• Develop and deploy EGSE for integration, checkout, and test execution.
• Develop and maintain test documentation.
• Guide test readiness and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in major program reviews (SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, IRR, TRR, I&T).
• Interface with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.
• Travel to support integration, test, and post-delivery activities.
• Support extended or weekend hours when required.
