Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Palm Bay, FL, seeks a Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer (Active DoD Secret) to lead payload test operations across multiple space payload products.

You will manage a small team, develop test strategies, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and program leadership to ensure high-quality hardware is validated on schedule. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of payload-level test operations across multiple products.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, documentation, and workflows for verification and validation of payload hardware.
• Direct daily activities for a small team of engineers and technicians.
• Guide test readiness, sequencing, and execution across environmental, functional, and system-level campaigns.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues affecting test performance or data integrity.
• Serve as central interface to leadership and customers for test status and risks.
• Monitor progress and provide status reporting to support program decisions.
• Support proposal activities with test approaches and BOE data.
• Participate in on-site testing at internal or partner facilities with travel 10–20%
