Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and test activities for sub-component and system-level builds.
• Develop detailed mechanical integration work instructions for technicians.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and test plans to support production and verification.
• Estimate manufacturing costs and establish time standards; recommend tooling.
• Support assembly operations; implement design updates; drive process improvements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to optimize processes and performance.
• Participate in production validation including environmental and functional tests.
• Provide daily leadership for technician teams; train and mentor staff.
• Document nonconformances with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
