Umbra Lab Inc. in Northern Virginia seeks an experienced Program Manager to deliver complex space systems on time and within budget.

You will coordinate technical, financial, and organizational elements, build roadmaps, and actively manage programs in SAFe environments. Collaborating with product management, you will shape scope, mitigate risks, and maintain customer relationships while supporting business development and capture activities for strategic campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in program management for U.S. Government contracts or aerospace/defense programs.
• Experience in a cleared environment within the last two years.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical development and/or R&D programs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with product management and system architects; engage in Agile ceremonies (PI planning).
• Lead capture strategy, proposals, and growth initiatives for strategic campaigns.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage risks and challenges across programs.
