This role partners with our product management team to define scope and ensure execution in line with SAFe principles, coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, incl. 3+ years of program management in government or aerospace/defense.
• Clearance in a cleared environment within the past two years.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing lifecycles.
• Strong communication with technical and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance; deliver monthly financial updates.
• Define development scope with product management and ensure SAFe-aligned execution.
• Lead capture strategy, proposals, and business development activities for pursuits.
• Collaborate with system architects and engineering teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to shape roadmaps and drive growth initiatives.
