Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 10+ years in aerospace engineering with 5+ years in space vehicle design.
• 5+ years of direct engineering personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi‑discipline engineering team in Space Systems.
• Drive agile methodologies, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee design, test, and deployment of satellite technologies.
• Mentor engineers, support career development, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure alignment and resources.
