Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to organize and oversee daily operations for spacecraft and payload programs. The role spans structures, thermodynamics, sensors, electronics, software, and systems engineering, with opportunities across multiple technical programs.

The position may be filled at different levels based on candidate experience, offering a dynamic, mission-driven environment in which schedules, budgets and vendor contracts are actively managed to deliver

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related technical field with 5+ years leading or supporting technical projects.
• Experience developing budgets, schedules and risks.
• Experience balancing resources across multiple projects and tracking scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ability to work with engineering teams and establish cross-team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate schedules, budgets and resources for concurrent projects.
• Integrate project schedules to meet milestones and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead development of program plans, budgets and risk posture across programs.
• Develop technical progress reports and documentation for customers.
