Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Webster, TX is seeking a Project Manager for Voyager Space Solutions to plan and execute projects from concept to completion, coordinating with technical teams and building strong customer relationships. This hybrid role reports to the VP of Project & Mission Management and requires the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in engineering, science, or business, with 1–3 years of project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or business fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years leading projects across full lifecycles with PM frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and people management.
• Excellent oral and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide detailed status reporting to stakeholders and executives.
• Manage scope creep and change requests.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support comprehensive project proposals.
• Oversee external supplier relationships.
• Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
