Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a Program Manager with a strong engineering background to lead complex embedded systems programs for defense and space applications.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, contracts, and finance to drive disciplined execution and successful program delivery. The role requires navigating ambiguous environments, managing risk, and delivering on cost, schedule, scope, and customer commitments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, aerospace, systems, or mechanical engineering (or related).
• Experience leading complex embedded systems programs in defense/space domains.
• Understanding of contract types, deliverables, and customer obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of embedded systems programs for defense/space customers.
• Own program performance across cost, schedule, scope, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering to assess tradeoffs and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and contracts.
• Identify risks and blockers early; create mitigation plans and drive closure.
• Operate in ambiguous environments with data limitations while refining plans.
• Lead recovery efforts to return programs to a stable path.
• Support contract review, SOWs, milestones, and customer communications.
• Ensure compliance with DFARS, ITAR, and government contracting requirements.
