Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects at Starbase and other SpaceX facilities in South Texas.

You will own end-to-end construction, from scope through close-out, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence. Based in Brownsville/South Padre area, the role requires 8+ years in construction management, a relevant engineering/architecture degree, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects for on-time, under-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to gather proposals.
• Develop final cost and schedule for projects and manage scope, cost, and schedule controls.
• Write and manage contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
