Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Construction Superintendent to oversee facilities construction projects in the Brownsville/South Padre area. You will coordinate with design engineers, PMs, technicians and vendors to drive project delivery and maintain safety standards on-site.

Based in South Texas, you will lead multiple trades, enforce contract expectations, and ensure timely payments and inspections while maintaining OSHA compliance on an active site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 8+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 4+ years leading the coordination of multiple construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities projects to ensure vendors meet standards while delivering services, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Plan and direct construction activities of internal resources and subcontractors for each phase and lead coordination meetings between trades.
• Maintain accurate records of daily logs, progress reports, and financial reports.
