Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Starbase Infrastructure in the South Texas region. You will lead design, construction, and commissioning of infrastructure, managing contracts, budgets, and schedules across multiple disciplines.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, designers, and internal teams, resolving field issues, and driving projects to meet schedule and cost targets with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of construction management or engineering experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management in large-scale Construction projects.

• Write, manage, and close contracts across disciplines.
• Perform project control: scheduling, budgeting, quality control, logistics, coordination.
• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary projects to deliver on time and within budget.
