Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Business Development Manager 3 to join our Surveillance and Targeting group within the ISD BU. The role leads end-to-end business development, driving growth opportunities and winning captures for new and existing programs.

You will conduct market and customer assessments, manage the long-range opportunity pipeline, and coordinate with Government Relations to advocate for programs and protect existing initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 7+ years of business development, strategy, capture leadership or program management.
• 4+ years of team leadership/management experience.
• Active TS/SSBI or TS/SCI DoD clearance at the time of application.

Mansioni

• Conduct market, customer and competitor assessments to support ISD BU growth strategy.
• Develop/manage the long-range opportunity pipeline to support AOP/LRSP processes.
• Support/execute ISD BU VP customer engagements and cadence with Government Relations.
• Lead opportunities through the tailored capture process and bid activities.
• Collaborate with Division/Sector BD counterparts to meet objectives.
