Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced CAD Manager in Nashville to lead CAD governance, spatial data management, and large CAFM programs. The role requires independent planning, cross-functional leadership, and delivery of complex client programs across multiple locations.

You will provide technical guidance to CAD teams, advance drawing standards, and collaborate with regional/global technology groups to modernize workflows and spatial databases.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of direct relevant experience in corporate CAD administration or CAFM system integration.
• In-depth knowledge to manage significantly complex CAD tasks and establish advanced spatial standards.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional project teams with timelines and quality delivery.
• Expert-level mastery of AutoCAD including templates, layer logic, scripting or automated data extraction.
• Familiarity with international spatial measurement regulations (BOMA, IFMA, IPMS).
• Experience transitioning legacy CAD workflows to integrated BIM, Revit and digital twin environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver CAD administration and spatial data management activities across the business segment.
• Direct large CAD/CAFM programs and projects; manage progress, accuracy and results.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and supervision to CAD team members.
• Cultivate relationships to standardize drawing management and spatial data practices.
• Drive drawing standards, tech integrations, and system-wide processes across regions.
