JLL in Nashville is seeking a CAD Manager to lead CAD governance, BIM, and spatial data programs across global stakeholders. You will plan, analyze, and deliver complex CAD tasks, driving drawing standards and system integration while mentoring CAD teams and coordinating across locations.

The role demands hands-on AutoCAD expertise, strong project leadership, and a strategic mindset to align technical delivery with client objectives and company goals.

Competenze

• Eight+ years of direct relevant experience in corporate CAD administration, space data management, or CAFM system integration.
• Expert-level AutoCAD mastery including templates, layers, and automation.
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver CAD governance across multiple locations/countries.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage complex client programs.

• Manage large CAD/CAFM programs, directing cross-functional teams and evaluating results.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and supervision to CAD team members for development.
