Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Spatial Data Manager in the United States to manage CAD-based space data for corporate real estate. You will coordinate with Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Move Managers to ensure accurate drawings and timely space reporting.

Your role includes maintaining As-Built drawings, converting existing plans to CAD/CAFM, and serving as the global system administrator for space data management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics or Occupancy Planning
• 4–8 years experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Establish core program standards for global space naming conventions, allocation model application, drawing standards and reporting standards
• Establish governance program and data quality assurance reporting for global consistency of portfolio space and occupancy data
• Proactively monitor the execution of the client space allocation model and delivery of reporting in accordance with client space allocation process

Responsibilities

• Develops designs using CAD and related software
• Establishes and maintains a file system for As-Built Drawings
• Converts existing construction drawings to CAD/CAFM
• Communicates with Project Management, Space Planning and Move Management for CAD needs
• Generates reports and analyses on Space allocation
• Manages and reports space allocation data
• Proactively monitors space allocation data and changes
• Provides allocation data per client space allocation process
• Serves as SPOC and global system administrator for client space data management system
• Enables system integration with the CAFM system
• Suggests process improvements for operational efficiency
• Provides space data management system training
• Coach space team leadership in space planning and FF&E solutions
