Job summary

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead and inspire a high-volume kitchen, ensure consistent quality, and uphold our safety and sanitation standards for every guest experience.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or management experience and 2 years of polished casual or fine dining; flexible schedule; legal work authorization in the United States; and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

• Driving restaurant results by supervising the kitchen setup and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
