Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen, fostering an inclusive environment, developing our kitchen Associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way.
• Implement security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of both employees and guests.
• Supervise setup and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste; ensure line checks, testing, training and recipe adherence.
• Present quality food by ensuring items are made to recipe and presented to high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities.
