Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in kitchen supervisory or management roles.
• Minimum 2 years in polished casual or fine dining.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; minimum 21 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Drive restaurant results by supervising setup and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to recipe and presented to high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices to maintain clean facilities.
