Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, owner of Naples Grande Beach Resort, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the Vicolo and Solfina kitchens. You will oversee daily food production, ensure quality and presentation standards, and support a high-performing culinary team in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory culinary experience, a strong understanding of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
