The Henry in Coronado, CA is hiring immediately for a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, guest experiences, and a fast-paced service pattern. You will coach a diverse team, oversee scheduling and budgeting, maintain product quality, restaurant cleanliness, and calm performance under pressure.

Requires 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience and familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of business operations and financials.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling and planning.
