Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
• Experience with POS systems and OpenTable or similar reservations tools.

• Lead and manage shifts, including scheduling, planning, and daily operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by creating memorable dining experiences.
