The Sterling Choice is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef for a large, fast-moving kitchen in Everett, MA. You will lead kitchen staff, supervise hot and cold production, and build prep plans to meet demanding timelines.

Qualifications

• At least two years as a Sous Chef.
• Experience supervising and developing kitchen teams.
• Strong HACCP, sanitation and GMP knowledge.
• Confidence working with large volumes and fixed deadlines.
• Hands-on experience across production, ordering and cost control.
