Qualifications

• At least 2 years of kitchen supervisory and culinary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling, payroll, training.
• Stores food following sanitation procedures.
• Maintains proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints and informs supervisor.
• Ensures understanding of daily menu items and communicates to staff.
• Monitors peak production and service hours.
• Manages inventory and deliveries; tracks waste and consumption.
