Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Eurest unit is hiring immediately for a full-time Sous Chef at our Tewksbury, MA site. The role requires at least 3 years of culinary experience and offers a pay rate of $25.15 per hour. Schedule: Monday–Friday with hours that may vary; you will assist the Executive Chef and supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of culinary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Stores food properly and maintains sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintains proper serving temperatures and presentation of dishes.
• Moves with peak production hours and monitors inventory and deliveries.
