Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time Sous Chef for our Eurest team in Medford, MA. The role involves assisting the Executive Chef, leading cooks and staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.

Location is on-site at KKR in Medford with a Monday–Friday schedule. Catering experience is required; a referral bonus is available for internal candidates. Pay ranges from $28.00 to $33.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience catering for large groups or events.
• Proven ability to supervise cooks and food-service staff.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Maintains sanitation and safety procedures in all kitchen areas.
• Coordinates with Executive Chef to ensure timely production and service.
