Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of culinary experience, BS or AO.S. in culinary fields, and strong cost awareness with MS Office skills. This full-time role offers benefits through Eurest and Compass Group USA.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or A.O.S. in Culinary Arts with training.
• 3-5 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Knowledge of food cost and kitchen operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations alongside Executive Chef.
• Guide cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Roll out culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Supervise kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Train and develop back-of-house employees to meet objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
