Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hardware/AI-focused roles and terminology.
• Proven track record building high-quality pipelines and closing top-tier talent.
• Hands-on with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or Greenhouse CRM.
• Experience across R&D and G&A functions (software, hardware, finance, legal, people, operations).
• Ability to craft compelling outreach and manage candidates over time.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to refine sourcing strategies based on pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers across R&D and G&A.
• Build diverse, high-quality pipelines through outreach, referrals, and technical communities.
• Research and engage passive candidates across technical disciplines.
• Provide market insights and calibrate candidate profiles with hiring managers.
• Track pipeline health and metrics to continuously improve sourcing results.
• Select and integrate sourcing tools and AI-enabled recruiting tech.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay ahead of talent trends and emerging sourcing tools in software and hardware AI.
