Qualifications

• 5+ years technical sourcing experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing senior engineers in infrastructure, hardware, AI systems, or cloud environments.
• Fluency in advanced sourcing strategies, Boolean logic, competitive intelligence, and talent research.
• Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own targeted sourcing strategy for high-impact technical roles (ML systems, distributed systems, hardware, data center engineering, cloud infrastructure).
• Execute outbound sourcing campaigns and pipeline development across niche technical populations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal profiles, calibrate signals, and improve process efficiency.
• Build and nurture relationships with top passive talent to support future hiring needs.
• Leverage tools, research platforms, and data analysis to continually improve sourcing results.
• Partner with recruiters on structured processes, assessments, and conversions.
