Job summary

ALTOUR seeks a senior venue sourcing lead to drive complex, high-value client meetings and events from strategy through execution.

You will own end-to-end sourcing using Cvent and other tools, aligning decisions with client objectives, and delivering measurable cost savings while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience in the meeting and events industry with sourcing focus.
• Deep understanding of meetings and incentive planning with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Cvent, and comfort with CRM and sourcing platforms.
