Job summary

ALTOUR, a division of Internova Travel Group, is seeking a Sourcing Manager with event experience to drive strategic hotel and venue sourcing. You will negotiate contracts, manage RFPs via Cvent, and collaborate with the assigned Meeting Planner to meet client objectives and financial constraints.

You will lead venue sourcing for low to medium complexity meetings, ensure data accuracy, and support client satisfaction while contributing to Altour’s financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing experience in meetings/events industry.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of venue sourcing for low to medium complexity client meetings and events.
• Leverage Cvent for RFPs, site inspections, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with the designated Meeting Planner to ensure client objectives are met.
• Maintain client budget visibility and accurate data in internal systems.
